Some examples of projects previously undertaken by PDP.
While client confidentiality prevents us from identifying some specific client organisations and projects on which we have worked, the list below gives an overview of the type of projects which we have undertaken.- Development and Implementation of an ISO 14001 Environmental Management System for a major water company.
- We have undertaken projects for the Ministry of Defence, including work for all 3 services.
- The production of Operating and Maintenance manuals for numerous water and wastewater treatment projects.
- Development of standard training schemes.
- Provision of audit and advisory services for a full program of capital schemes (AMP 2) for water, wastewater, sewage and distribution schemes.
- Carried out Asset Management Plan (AMP) site surveys of plant, equipment and structures for several water companies.
- Project management of a contract for a water supply company to produce 80 works Operating and Maintenance Manuals over a period of 8 months. The contract was valued at £1,600,000 and used the services of 100 authors and support staff.
